Position Summary:
Pinnacle Maintenance Group is hiring Lead Maintenance Technicians to oversee and perform complex maintenance and repair projects. This role requires a high level of technical skill and leadership, as you’ll be responsible for mentoring junior techs and ensuring quality standards on all jobs. You’ll be a key part of delivering top service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform advanced maintenance tasks, including:
• Carpentry, drywall, painting, siding, door/window installs.
• Fence installation, roof/gutter cleaning, moss removal.
• Diagnosing and resolving complex maintenance issues.

• Oversee job sites and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Mentor and train Entry Level and Service Technicians.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment for projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and the Pinnacle management team.

• Pass a drug screen and background check (clean driving record required).
• Own basic hand tools and some power tools.
• Have experience in construction, renovation, remodeling, and general maintenance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of maintenance, construction, or renovation experience.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work in all seasons and conditions.

This role is ideal for individuals who are skilled in a variety of trades and can handle maintenance and repair tasks with minimal supervision. You’ll work directly with clients on residential and commercial properties delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair work, including:
• Roof & gutter cleaning, moss prevention/removal.
• Drywall repair, finish carpentry, painting.
• Fence repair/installation, door & window installations, siding, and general property maintenance.

• Diagnose issues and provide effective repair solutions.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Maintain tools and ensure job sites are safe and clean.
• Complete work orders and document job details.
