Foxtrot Four Services, LLC dba Pinnacle Maintenance Group and its affiliated companies (collectively, “Pinnacle” or “we”) own and operate this website, with a home page located at pinnaclemaint.com (the “Website”). Respect for privacy and compliance with the applicable privacy laws are of critical importance at Pinnacle.

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the types of personal information we may receive through your access and use of our Website or any other general customer interaction with us, how we may use and disclose the information, and certain rights and options you may have regarding this information. Please note that we may provide you with other privacy notices from time-to-time depending on your use of our services or other engagements. This Policy is a supplement to those other, more-specific privacy notices.

Disclosure of Personal Information

We do not sell, share, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, except for sharing your personal information with our Website hosting partners, other trusted third parties who assist us in operating and providing the Website, or otherwise conducting our business. In the proceeding twelve (12) months, Pinnacle has not made any sales of personal information to third parties. We may disclose your personal information to the following types of entities:
● Service providers and third-party vendors that we use to support our business, including companies that perform work necessary for us to provide and improve the Website. For example, we may share your email address with any entity that helps us send email or that facilitates any chat functionality or chatbot feature on our Website.

Finally, we may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights or the rights of other customers or vendors.

We aim to provide you with a range of choices regarding your personal information. If we send you promotional emails, you can stop receiving those emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the email. We endeavor to promptly process any unsubscribe requests. You can also choose not to provide us with information we may request through our Website, for example you may choose not to provide us with your email address, but in that case we would not be able to contact you via email.

Such requests must include the reference Request for California Privacy Information in the subject line and in the body of the message and must include the e-mail address or mailing address, as applicable, for us to send our response. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We reserve the right not to respond to requests submitted to us if not submitted pursuant to the terms set forth above.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”) provide California residents with certain rights regarding their personal information. Right to Delete
Consistent with applicable law, you may submit a verifiable consumer request to delete your personal information. Pinnacle may deny your request pursuant to exceptions under the CCPA and CPRA.

Sale and Sharing of Data
We do not sell personal information to third parties; we are not data brokers and do not put personal information on the open market. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals who are younger than 18. We do allow third parties to collect personal information through Pinnacle and share personal information with third parties for the business purposes described in the Privacy Policy including, without limitation, advertising and marketing on Pinnacle and elsewhere based on Users’ online activities over time and across Pinnacle, services, and devices. Consistent with applicable law, you may opt out of such processing by using the contact details in the “Contact Us” section.

Right of Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights and choices, although some of the functionality and features available on the service may change or no longer be available to you. Any differences in the services are related to the information provided.

Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was collected. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:

Consistent with applicable law, we commit to maintain and use anonymized information in de-identified form and not to attempt to re-identify the information, except that we may attempt to re-identify the information solely for the purpose of determining whether its de-identification processes satisfy the requirements of the California Privacy Rights Act.
