Foxtrot Four Services, LLC dba Pinnacle Maintenance Group and its affiliated companies (collectively, “Pinnacle” or “we”) own and operate this website, with a home page located at pinnaclemaint.com (the “Website”). Respect for privacy and compliance with the applicable privacy laws are of critical importance at Pinnacle.
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the types of personal information we may receive through your access and use of our Website or any other general customer interaction with us, how we may use and disclose the information, and certain rights and options you may have regarding this information. Please note that we may provide you with other privacy notices from time-to-time depending on your use of our services or other engagements. This Policy is a supplement to those other, more-specific privacy notices.
Please review this Policy carefully before sharing information with us so you understand our privacy practices. By using our Website, communicating with us, or providing information to us, you agree to the terms of this Policy, including any subsequent updates or revisions to this Policy. “You” means the person using this Website and providing personal information, and/or any other person on whose behalf you are using this Website.
Important Information About This Policy
While we always aim to provide complete and transparent information about how we process your personal information, we reserve the right to amend or update this Policy from time to time, or to create additional policies, in order to accurately reflect changed circumstances or new legal requirements. As a result, it is important that you read this Policy closely so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your personal information.
To assist us in ensuring that we can provide the most accurate information possible, we ask that you check this Policy for updates. We also ask that, where we have an ongoing relationship with you and any of the data you have provided becomes no longer accurate, you keep us informed of this so we can amend our records accordingly.
Personal Information We Receive
To provide functionality for and improve our Website and services, as well as to comply with our Terms of Use, we use cookies, analytics and other tracking technologies to automatically collect certain information, including personal information. For the purposes of this Policy, “personal information” is any information that identifies or can be used to contact a particular individual, such as your name, email address, or telephone number. For example, if you fill out our
“Contact Us” page on this Website, you would be providing Pinnacle with your personal information. The personal information we receive includes the following categories.
● Contact information – first name, last name, email address, and telephone number.
● Marketing information – details regarding informational and promotional materials you may have requested or received from us, the markets in which you are interested, your receipt of promotional communications, and information on your marketing or communication preferences.
● Communications information – copies of communications and inquiries you have submitted to us, including via phone, email, or online chat.
● Device and usage information – details regarding how and when your device or browser accessed our Website, including the type of device used to connect to our Website, the type of Internet browser your computer uses, your IP address, the frequency and duration of your usage, the pages you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Website, and information about your interaction with our Website and software.
We collect this information when you access, use, or navigate the Website, fill in forms when presented to you, request information via our Website, communicate with us or a salesperson (including by phone, email, chat, or otherwise), interact with any chatbot or similar features available within our Website, participate in surveys or sponsored activities, or otherwise provide us with personal information. Please note that we may aggregate or anonymize the foregoing
types of data such that they are no longer capable of identifying you, in which case they are no longer considered “personal information.” Automatically Collected Usage and Device Information Like most website operators, we use various technologies to automatically collect information
about you, including the following:
● Cookies. Cookies are small text files that a website transfers to a visitor’s device for recordkeeping purposes. We use cookies to personalize visitors’ experiences on our Website, provide content that we may believe may be of interest, track visitor trends and patterns, engage in marketing and advertising, and otherwise analyze our Website traffic. For further information about cookies, including how to refuse cookies, please visit www.allaboutcookies.org. Please note that if cookies are disabled, you may not be able to enjoy certain features of our Website.
● Pixels, tags, and web beacons. Pinnacle’s Website may also use “pixels,” “tags,” or “web beacons.” These technologies are small pieces of code that run when a
website/application page or email is loaded. They are used to monitor the behavior of the visitor or email recipient—such as what icons were clicked or whether links in an email were opened—and gather analytics. For example, when you open the Pinnacle Website homepage, a pixel may run and generate information based on the visit, and then this information is processed by us or our vendors. Pixels work in conjunction with cookies to let us know what portions of our Website are of interest to you and to help us provide you with tailored information from our Website. If you turn off cookies, the pixels, tags, and web beacons we use may still detect certain information about your interaction with our Website and disregard any cookie-prohibitive markers or signals. Note, the vendors that supply us these pixels, tags, web beacons, cookies, or similar tracking technologies collect your personal information instantaneously and simultaneously with Pinnacle’s collection of such information and they may use the information for their own purposes.
● Log Files and Device Identifiers. We use log files to track actions occurring on the Website and collect data about visitors, including IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, and device identifiers. Log file information is used for security purposes (i.e., to prevent fraud) and product improvement purposes.
● Analytics. Our Website may also, now or in the future, use third-party analytics vendors such as Google Analytics. You can find more information about how data is collected and processed in connection with the Google Analytics service here. You can also read Google’s privacy policy here.
The information collected through these technologies may be combined with personal information or aggregated with other information on Website visits. We may share information about your use of our Website with our analytics partners, who may combine it with other information that you previously provided to them. We collect, create, and process de-identified and aggregated information and other non-personal information, which is not related to an identified or identifiable natural person. You agree that Pinnacle owns, without restriction, all non-personal information and that you have no rights in or to any non-personal information.

Choices About the Collection and Use of Personal Information
We aim to provide you with a range of choices regarding your personal information. If we send you promotional emails, you can stop receiving those emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the email. We endeavor to promptly process any unsubscribe requests. If you do not wish to have your email or other contact information used by us to promote our own or our affiliate’s products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an email at info@pinnaclemaint.com. This opt-out does not prohibit us from sending you other non-marketing business, account-status, or legal notices. If you wish to update or correct any personal information about you, please send us an email at info@pinnaclemaint.com.
In some jurisdictions, you may have the right to request (a) what personal information we collect, store, use, share, or otherwise process, (b) rectification of inaccurate personal information, (c) erasure/deletion of your personal information, (d) restriction on the sharing or other processing of certain personal information, and/or (e) that your personal information be transferred. According to the law of certain jurisdictions, you may also have the right to (i) object to our processing of your personal information, (ii) withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information, (iii) opt-out of the sale of your personal information, and/or (iv) not
receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of your applicable privacy rights. However, due to the inherent necessity of personal information for the operation of the Website, you understand and agree that the erasure of, or withdrawal of your consent for us to process, your personal information may mean some features of our Website may not function properly or may not be available to you and that any such deficiency in the Website caused by such exercise of your privacy rights is not a result of discriminatory treatment for the exercise of your applicable privacy rights. To exercise your applicable rights at any time, you can send an e-mail to
info@pinnaclemaint.com.
